He works closely with the EY Center for Board Matters to facilitate connections between candidates and opportunities for board of director roles. Using his boardroom knowledge and relationships within the governance space, he is able to introduce candidates to potential corporate board opportunities. These connections are built only with companies that EY member firms do not audit. Additionally, he works with high-profile, public company C-suite executives, retiring EY partners and EY alumni to support all aspects of their journey to the corporate boardroom. Dan has worked with hundreds of individuals, from across every industry and every size of organization, to help them get board-ready, prepare for interviews and become further connected to the board ecosystem.
Kirsten Keseley has 20+ years of experience in board recruitment, corporate governance, and board composition best practices across industries. As a Board Network Leader within the EY Center for Board Matters, Kirsten leverages her prior experience in board and CEO recruitment at leading retained search firms to enhance EY's relationships with alumni, clients, market influencers, and board members. Providing ongoing support for those seeking board insights on topics related to board refreshment, board governance, and navigating the board recruitment process, Kirsten has conducted hundreds of board readiness sessions with C-suite executives, current and aspiring directors, retiring/retired EY partners, and other EY alumni. Additionally, she assists clients in connecting with director candidates for board opportunities across industries and scale of organization, extending the networks of both the organization and the individual.
